Litigation department represents clients for any judicial tribunals, amicable settlement panels and arbitration / mediation panels depending on whether these proceedings are filed on their behalf or you require advise on a filed case/claim. Further we prepare bailiffs, memorandums of defense and assist with delivering/submitting documents in support of our stance to substantiate in front of judicially competent authorities.
We also undertake the enforcement of final judgements (in applicable geographies), rulings, sentences and arbitration awards issued by national and foreign courts, arbitration panels and other judicial bodies.
